Publication Ethic

Rawa Sains: Amuntai STIPER Science Journal is a scientific journal managed and published by the LPPM (Institute for Research and Community Service) Amuntai Agricultural Science College with circulation twice a year in June and December. This journal contains information on the results of research activities, conceptual thinking, and an overview of agriculture in general (agriculture, fisheries, and animal husbandry), or specifically (agrotechnology and agribusiness) in lowland rice fields. First published at the end of 2011, got the print number ISSN 2354-6379 in 2013, after that there were no significant developments until the end of 2018, trying to be published online. In 2019, only got the online ISSN number 2686-3510. Furthermore, in the same year it was indexed on the IOS of the National Library of Indonesia, Garuda, and Moraref of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia as well as several low-scale world indexers such as Google Scholar, Crossref, Microsoft Academic Search, International Copernicus Index, and DRJI. Since 2019, we have had Digital Object Identification (DOI) https://doi.org/10.36589/rs. and licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 4.0 International License. In mid-2020, the accreditation status of scientific journals was ranked 5/Sinta 5 from the Ministry of Research and Technology/National Research and Innovation Agency of the Republic of Indonesia.

Rawa Sains: Amuntai STIPER Science Journal is a scientific journal managed and published by the LPPM (Institute for Research and Community Service) Amuntai College of Agricultural Sciences with circulation twice a year in June and December. This journal contains information on the results of research activities, conceptual thinking, and an overview of agriculture in general (agriculture, fisheries, and animal husbandry), or specifically (agrotechnology and agribusiness) in lowland rice fields. Editors accept manuscripts that have never been published in other media from lecturers, researchers, students, and practitioners with applicable writing provisions. Manuscripts submitted will be evaluated and edited for uniformity of format, terms and other procedures. Published manuscripts that meet the requirements are determined by the Editorial Board after receiving a recommendation from Bestari Partners. Guidance for Publishing Ethics

The publication of articles in Rawa Sains: Amuntai STIPER Science Journal is an important building block in the development of a coherent and respected knowledge network. This is a direct reflection of the quality of the work of the authors and the institutions that support them. The articles reviewed support and contain the scientific method. Therefore, it is important to agree on the standards of ethical behavior that are expected for all parties involved in publishing, namely: authors, journal editors, review partners, publishers, and the public.. 

LPPM STIPER Amuntai as the publisher of Rawa Sains is responsible for overseeing all stages of publishing seriously and acknowledges ethical and other responsibilities. The institution is committed to assisting communication with other journal managers and/or publishers if deemed useful and necessary.

This statement of the scientific code of ethics is a statement of the code of ethics of all parties involved in the publication process of this scientific journal, namely managers, editors, peer reviewers, and authors. 

Publisher Responsibilities

1. STIPER Amuntai Publisher is responsible for publishing the manuscript after going through the editing, reviewing, and layout process.
2. STIPER Amuntai publishers are responsible for ensuring academic freedom for editors and Mitrabestari in carrying out their respective duties.
3. STIPER Amuntai publishers are responsible for maintaining privacy and protecting intellectual property and copyright, and editorial freedom.

Editor's Responsibilities

1. The editor of STIPER Amuntai is responsible for deciding which manuscripts are worthy of publication through an editorial board meeting that refers to the applicable legal requirements regarding defamation, copyright infringement, duplication, data fabrication, data falsification and plagiarism.
2. In the process of reviewing and accepting manuscripts, the STIPER Amuntai editorial team is based on the principle of equality of treatment in making decisions to publish manuscripts without distinction of race, gender, religion, ethnicity, nationality, or political ideology of the author.
3. The editor and editorial team of STIPER Amuntai will not disclose any information about the submitted manuscript or manuscripts except with the permission of the author.
4. Unpublished manuscripts will not be used by the research editor of STIPER Amuntai for their own benefit and will be returned directly to the author.

Bestari Partner Responsibilities

Bestari partner STIPER Amuntai assists editors in making editorial decisions on submitted manuscripts

1. The Bestari STIPER Amuntai partner is responsible for the recommendation of the manuscript it has reviewed.
2. The review of the manuscript is carried out objectively, and is supported by clear arguments.
3. Mitra Bestari STIPER Amuntai is responsible for citations, references, duplications, data fabrication, falsification of data and plagiarism of the manuscripts under review.
4. Bestari STIPER Amuntai partners must always maintain the confidentiality of information and do not use information from the manuscripts they have reviewed for personal gain/interest.

 Author's Responsibilities

1. The author must present the manuscript of his thoughts or research clearly, honestly, and without duplication, data fabrication, data falsification and plagiarism.
2. The author is responsible for the confirmation submitted on the manuscript that has been written.
3. The author must show references to the opinions and works of others who are quoted
4. The author must write the manuscript ethically, honestly and responsibly, in accordance with the applicable scientific writing regulations.

The author does not mind if the manuscript undergoes editing in the review process and layout without changing the substance or main idea of ​​the article.
